Yes! All our product photos are taken in-house to ensure they represent the actual prints, frames, and finishes. Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings or natural materials used in frames.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a receipt via email. You can also log into your account on our website to view and download your purchase history anytime.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your photo print or frame, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (in its original condition). Custom or personalized orders may have different return conditions—please check our return policy.
